$90 to buy a relief

Today is a mad day. Mummy's temperature shot up to 38.9 degree celsius when she woke up, so I made her go to Dr. Lee before I visit Natalin at her house for tuition. Skipped lunch and went straight to Jurong East for two more classes. Luckily Natalin bought pearly soya milk and that tahan-ed me till 4pm before my stomach started to growl so loudly infront of the class.

And then coming back home my mum's temperature shot up to 39.3 degree celsius and she couldn't even walk properly! Gosh - scared my out of my wits. I've never been so worried in my life... I realise after all that happened in recent months, I really am even more afraid of losing her, and my papa. They were really the only people who went through all thick and thin with me for 19 years. And the first favour they have done for me was already the greatest gift of my life. Took my mum to SGH A&E and we just came back home. I'm so glad she's alright and it's just a viral infection. $90 to buy a relief - I really think it's worth it. I guess any amount is worth it when the person visiting A&E is someone you love so much.

And all thanks to meimei. Fortunately she came down and accompany my mum, if not mummy will be left alone. THe temperature check station isolated me cos I failed 5 successive temperature checks. Tonight it'll be my turn to sleep with a coolpad over my forehead.

Weather is bad and H1N1 is only around malaysia. To everyone out there, please drink more water and take good care of yourselves.
